The Big EZ lodge focuses on providing the best environment possible for conducting senior level meetings and retreats. Our staff is highly trained to understand your requirements to ensure the successful accomplishment of your agenda.

The property has two dedicated meeting rooms; the Strategic Planning room with board room style seating for twelve, and the Big Idea room, which can accommodate up to twenty-six guests in conference style seating. In addition there are a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces that can be used for group functions and breakout meetings.

Our meeting rooms are equipped with not only the standard meeting needs such as ergonomic chairs, excellent lighting and state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, but also high speed T-1 Internet access and in-room laptop computers.
