Studio has one queen bed and pullout sofa, rate is based
on two adults.
Studio w/loft has one king bed, one queen and pullout
sofa, rate is based on two adults.
One bedroom has one king bed and pullout sofa, rate is based on two adults.
One bedroom w/loft has one king bed, two queen and pullout
sofa, rate is based on four adults.
Two bedroom has one king bed, two queen and pullout sofa,
rate is based on four adults.
Two bedroom w/loft has one king bed, two queen, one twin,
one set bunks and pullout sofa, rate is based on
four adults.
Three bedroom has one king bed, two queen, two twin and
pullout sofa, rate is based on four adults.
All units have full kitchens, living area with gas fireplace,
balcony, TV and VCR, washer/dryer and one to three bathrooms.
When making a booking a deposit of 20% is required. Full
payment is required 30 days in advance for bookings
between December and April. Cancellation policy
allows for a full refund if cancelled 30 days prior
to arrival. 50% refund will be issued if cancelled
14 - 29 days prior to arrival. No refund will be
issued for cancellations less than 14 days prior
to arrival.
Rates are exclusive of the 8% Provincial tax and 7% GST
and are quoted in Canadian dollars. There is an extra
person surcharge of $25.00 per day per extra adult.
Children 16 and under are no extra charge when sharing
with an adult.
