Appealing especially to families, the Lobstick Lodge is nestled below the pine forests of the Pyramid Bench, one block from Connaught Drive. Its name is derived from trees which had all but the top few branches cut off, called lobsticks, used as trail markers and/or rendezvous points by the early voyageurs nearly two hundred years ago.
