Itinerary

Day 1 Seattle Arrival Arrive in Seattle for your overnight stay.

Day 2 Seattle to Victoria
Transfer by high-speed catamaran ferry to Victoria early this morning. This evening you will enjoy a tour of Butchart Gardens illuminated with colorful lights and decorated for the festive season. Enjoy the entertainment of musicians and carolers as you stroll throughout the gardens. Overnight in Victoria.

Day 3 Exploring Victoria
Today is free to explore this British style city on your own. Overnight in Victoria.

Day 4 Victoria to Vancouver
This morning a city tour of Victoria will take you to Antique Row, Chinatown, the Empress Hotel, Beacon Hill Park and the Uplands & Oak Bay residential areas. Afterwards, a motorcoach and B.C. Ferries takes you through the Gulf Islands to Vancouver. Overnight in Vancouver.

Day 5 Vancouver to Kamloops
Travel onboard the Rocky Mountaineer from Vancouver to Kamloops in British Columbia's interior. En route you will pass through the fertile Fraser Valley and the Fraser Canyon. One of the Canyon's true highlights is Hell's Gate where you will watch water torrent past the Canyon's walls at its narrowest point. This is one of the canyon's true natural treasures. Upon leaving the Fraser Canyon, the train will follow the Thompson River to the city of Kamloops. Dinner and holiday entertainment are included this evening. Overnight in Kamloops.

Day 6 Kamloops to Banff
Continue your journey eastward onboard the Rocky Mountaineer to the Canadian Rockies and the mountain resort of Banff. First, you will travel through vast ranchlands to Shuswap Lake before passing Craigellachie, where the "last spike" was driven completing the Canadian Pacific Railway in 1885. Beyond Craigellachie is Rogers Pass with tunnels, glistening glaciers, and snow capped mountains. Before crossing over the Continental Divide into Banff National Park, you will travel through the unique Spiral Tunnels in Yoho National Park, a remarkable engineering achievement. As we travel through the five mountain regions...the magic of the Canadian winter abounds! Overnight in Banff.

Day 7 Banff to Calgary
Transfer to downtown Calgary or Calgary Airport where your tour ends.
