Luxury Accommodations in the U.S. & Canadian Rockies

Fly along the Continental Divide and view Banff and Jasper National Parks as well as the Columbia Icefield. Another aerial sightseeing option involves an air tour in the Purcell and Selkirk mountains west of Golden.

We use high wing Cessna and de Havilland aircraft which offer each passenger a window seat and an unobstructed view.

Individual headsets connect to an intercom system which facilitates conversation and allows your pilot to provide an informative commentary en route. Your pilots are year round residents and have an in-depth knowledge of the area.

Traverse four major icefields along the Continental Divide of the Canadian Rockies with views of stunning glacial lakes and the incredible Icefall Brook area where waterfalls cascade down a huge cliff face.
Our flight takes us 130 miles / 220 km's over the Campbell, Freshfield, Mons and Lyell icefields where we have a close up view of glacial features such as crevasses, icefalls, vast summer snowfields and sweeping moraines. Amongst this stark glacial landscape are scattered beautiful glacial lakes of indescribable colours. Remote, unnamed waterfalls complete the picture.

Tour #2 Columbia Icefield
The Ultimate Icefield Experience
Flight Time: 75 Minutes

Price: $195 (CDN) per person, plus 7% tax

(prices subject to change without notice)

Continue along the Continental Divide from where Tour #1 leaves off and view the Columbia Icefield in its entirety. Although the Columbia Icefield is the largest in the Canadian Rockies and considered to be one of the top attractions in the area, it is only possible to view a small portion of it from the highway.
We cover 180 miles / 300 km's in total and also see the Columbia's large neighbour to the west, the Clemenceau Icefield. These two icefields together represent an enormous expanse of ice and are surrounded by a majority of the highest peaks in the Rockies. We also view some of most inaccessible areas of Banff and Jasper Parks along the way. This vast wilderness is yours to discover.
