Cline Glacier Explorer Tour	20 minutes	$155	This scenic flight will allow you to explore the 6 glaciers of Mount Resolute, Mount Cline and the Whitegoat Peaks. You will also view the 900-foot waterfall, some spectacular aqua-green high alpine lakes, and cross a 9,000-foot mountain pass.

Columbia Icefield Ultimate Tour	55 minutes	$469	Our ultimate tour will take you to the jewels of Jasper National Park - the Columbia Icefield and the Snow Dome. A bit about the weather...

We are located within the Kootenay Plains area of Alberta, Canada. This Montane Sub-Region area is renown for its dry weather, almost semi-arid. In fact the Kootenay Indians have used this area for the last few centuries as their wintering grounds. They came here since the wildlife, (the moose, elk, and deer), also wintered here. This gave the natives an abundant source of fresh meat.

This area receives an average of 15 cm (6 inches) of rain annually. In year 2000, there was only half that amount of rain. Compared to other areas of the Rockies where there is double that amount, we are well situated for our helicopter tours and activities.

Location

Icefield Helicopter Tours is located 42 Kilometers (20 minutes drive) east of Canada's Rocky Mountain National Park system of Jasper & Banff. We are located on Highway #11, just East of the Icefields Parkway, Highway #93.

Tours leave from the Cline River Heliport.

The heliport is approximtely 1/2 way between the Jasper and Banff townsites. Our location makes Icefield Helicopter Tours a perfect compliment to your tour of Hwy #93 between Jasper & Banff townsites. This drive only takes 1/2 day. What you see on the Icefields highway pales in comparison to the aerial view from the front seat of our helicopters!
