Arrive in Salt Lake City at your leisure
and check in at your downtown hotel. This
evening, join the welcome reception hosted
by your Montana Rockies Rail Tours representative.
TUESDAY

Salt Lake City to Jackson Hole, Wyoming
Following continental breakfast, take a
tour of Temple Square then board your motorcoach
bound for Wyoming. After a stop for lunch
(on your own) head north through the scenic
Cache Valley to Jackson Hole for your overnight
stay. This is a colorful western village
with its frontier architecture. Straddle
a saddle at the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar
or browse the numerous art galleries. Don't
miss the world's longest running shootout
on Main Street this evening. (CB)
WEDNESDAY

Jackson Hole to Yellowstone National Park
Begin your day with continental breakfast
before boarding the motorcoach bound for
spectacular Grand Teton National Park. At
Colter Bay Visitor Center you'll tour the
extensive Native American exhibit, then
continue northward to enter Yellowstone
National Park, stopping for lunch (included)
at the Old Faithful Inn. Continue to West
Yellowstone to begin a 2-night stay. (CB,

You're
off to explore Yellowstone National Park
by coach. Among the highlights are Old Faithful,
Norris Geyser Basin and Mammoth Hot Springs.
Have your camera ready as Yellowstone offers
a variety of wildlife including bears, elk,
bison, moose, bighorn sheep and more. Tonight
you'll return to West Yellowstone for your
second overnight stay. (CB)

West Yellowstonee to Missoulaa,Montana
Enjoy continental breakfast, then board
your motorcoach for Livingston, Montana.
Tour the historic Livingston Depot Center
before boarding the Montana Daylight to
begin your rail adventure. You'll have a
delicious lunch on board, accompanied by
the incredible landscapes of Montana. On
arrival in Missoula, transfer to your hotel
for your overnight stay. This evening, you're
welcome to join our walking tour to the
hand-carved Carousel for Missoula. (CB,

SATURDAY

Missoula to Spokane, Washington Enjoy
continental breakfast at the hotel, then
depart for your second day of rail adventure.
Relax and enjoy as you travel through the
heart of the Rockies. Have another delicious
lunch on the train. Watch for bald eagles
as you travel along the shores of Lake Pend
Oreille to Sandpoint. A transfer takes you
to your hotel. Tonight, enjoy dining and

Sunday - Spokane, Washington
Continental breakfast and a transfer to
the Spokane airport ends your tour. (CB)
